When existing clients Plumbing World required new premises, we were delighted to have been selected to provide the solution. The answer lay in a superfluous Eighties building, previously used as a printery for the Manawatu Evening Standard. In a few short months the building was transformed; a testament to what can be acheived with foresight and a an exceptional team.

 

Wallace Development purchased this existing high profile corner in Hamilton with the view to developing a building able to maximise the full potential offered by the site. An existing national client recognised the opportunities and signed before completion.

 

Newly launched in December 2009, this stunning building designed by Chibnall Swann Team Architecture is much more than just good looking; Green Star NZ Certified Office Design rating is also being targeted.

 

 
With an expanding Hawke’s Bay based team and increasing projects in the Bay, Wallace Development decided it was time to build a new office in Havelock North. Designed by architect Martin Swann, the building is comprised of nine tenancies, all of which were filled before completion. With a secure underground carpark and coffee kiosk, the new Wallace Development Company building has received fantastic feedback from both locals and tenants.
